Black and Red Morita Chipotle chilies. One of several varieties of jalapenos which are fully ripened then gently roasted over fire resulting in a fruitier, smoky flavor with a kick. Add them to salsa, chili, beans and rice, corn bread or barbeque sauces. These are the same chipotles I add to my Undressing and Bar Harbor-Que. One ounce of dried chipotles (average about 10 chillies). The aroma is irrestible, the taste sublime.

WE CALL THIS BREAKFAST SANDWICH THE MOTHER LODE
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
bagel of your choice (I use sesame)
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 slice of canadian bacon
BROTHER LOVE'S GOURMET PEPPER JELLY
heat the canadian bacon in fry pan and remove, beat the egg and fry it in same pan, add egg, cheddar cheese and bacon (in that order) onto a toasted bagel. Spread pepper jelly on the other half of bagel and cap off the sandwich. WOW!

I tried this sauce for the first time at Becky's in Portland. I was visiting from Maryland. This is the best damn sauce I have ever tasted. I do plan on ordering some different ones but have to read up on them.
Thanks.
