RECIPE
* 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cooked and cubed
* 2 tablespoons butter, melted
* 2 ounces (1/4 bottle) CANCEAUX SAUCE (I use about 3 ounces)
* 1 (16 ounce) bottle blue cheese salad dressing
* 1 (16 inch) prepared pizza crust
* 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl combine the cubed chicken, melted butter and CANCEAUX SAUCE. Mix well. Spread whole bottle of salad dressing over crust, then top with chicken mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
3. Bake in preheated oven until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly, about 5 to 10 minutes. Let set a few minutes before slicing, and serve.

This sauce rocks! I eat a LOT of hot sauces, and I've tried hundreds. This is the absolute best I've ever had. I use it on everything!

The best hot sauce I've ever had... full of flavor and still has a solid kick to it. Excellent as a marinade or grilling sauce as well as adding tons of flavor to simple dishes like eggs. I'm definetley hooked and will start trying out the other sauces. Hopefully I can handle the heat.
Keep up the good work!
