Good morning Dan,
just wanted to share our story and to let you know how much we love your Canceaux Sauce here in the office.
I heard about your sauce at the Yarmouth Maine Clam Festival on July 18th 2008 and I fell in love with it, we must of tried 7 different sauces that day and my mouth was on fire and it was great.
I bought some bottles for myself and also bought some for the office since we cook for lunch at times and watch the baseball game. We made deep fried chicken wings and they were amazing with the sauce. I am now taking orders from employees in the office because everyone loved it.
Thanks again for a great sauce and good luck with your business.
yours truly,
blanche

Feel the love. Jalapeño, Cayenne, de Arbol, Thai and Poblano chili peppers join hands in the chant of fire. The right degree of warmth, and sweetness to perfection. Add to stir fry, use as a glaze on roasts or ham, majestically place on a throne of cream cheese for a regal dip.

I love the Jalapeño and avocado hot sauce (Greenie), more than I love my wife!! It is the best.

HOW IS THIS HELPFUL?? Until it becomes legal to marry a bottle of hot sauce (I think it's pending in California), let's keep this our little secret.

I am a HUGE fan of the Scurvy Dog hot sauce, and really enjoy the avocado dip recipe, we call it the “crack dip” because once you start it is hard to stop.
I live in Bangor, and was wondering if you sell your sauces anywhere in central Maine?
Thanks
Annie
