Luscious Cole Slaw

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 bottle (4 ounces) Captain Mowatt's Luscious hot sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup (2 ounces) slivered almonds, toasted
1 (8 ounce) can diced pineapple, drained
1 pound cole slaw

Combine mayonnaise, Luscious hot sauce, rice vinegar, and salt in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Let sit 15 minutes before serving. This is great on a grilled chicken sandwich, pulled pork or wrap sandwich.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.

SPICEY LEMON ZITI BAKE

Creamy ricotta cheese is combined with mozzarella, Scurvy Dog and spaghetti sauce to make a rich and zesty sauce for cooked ziti. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake for a delicious, spicey Italian casserole.


INGREDIENTS
1 (16 ounce) package ziti pasta
24 ounces ricotta cheese
1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten
4 ounces (half bottle) Captain Mowatt's Scurvy Dog
1 (32 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ziti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and rinse.
In a medium bowl, mix ziti, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, Scurvy Dog, and 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and spoon in ziti mixture. Top with remaining spaghetti sauce, followed by Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes; let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
