The best hot sauce I've ever had... full of flavor and still has a solid kick to it. Excellent as a marinade or grilling sauce as well as adding tons of flavor to simple dishes like eggs. I'm definetley hooked and will start trying out the other sauces. Hopefully I can handle the heat.

I can't tell you how much I love your sauces! The flavors, the textures, the ingredients all make my mouth constantly water for more and more! I can't wait for this shipment to come.

I found this sauce (Canceaux Sauce) at Becky's Diner in Portland Maine and it was love at first bite!
